If you weren't born and raised in the countryside, you may not realise that rabbits and hares are different species. They are of course quite similar to the untrained eye, but hares tend to have longer ears and longer hind legs and they're usually larger than rabbits and more solitary.

If you own an Aga or a Rayburn stove then you'll know how important it is to keep those lovely "chrome domes" shiny, clean and free from scratches, which means sturdy hob covers like these are an essential accoutrement for any Aga owner's kitchen. And they also make a handy pot mitt when you need to grab hold of a hot saucepan handle in a hurry.
