Our hob covers have a terry towelling backing so they won't slip and they're tough enough to double as a pot mitt - and you don't have to take our word for it, because we made sure that the filling meets British standards for just that purpose.

Our heat-proof filling, made by Fybagrate in West Yorkshire, is 100% polyester and is made from recycled plastic bottles blended and processed for the explicit purpose of meeting the insulation specification required to pass BS 6526 for domestic oven gloves. So, like everything from Heart to Home, you know that's sure to be every bit as sturdy and practical as it is attractive.
