These lovely 50cm square hand-embroidered napkins are so delicate that's it's hard to believe they are machine washable. You'd think they were too good to ever be sullied by something as sordid as wiping someone's mouth. But believe us when we tell you all of the napkins in our formal dining range are as practical as they are elegant and all can be washed at 40 degrees to come out pristine and white.

In one corner of the understated Fern napkin design you'll find three embroidered fern fronds with curling tips in two shades of green yarn. That's all. Nothing more fancy or flamboyant than that, because these napkins do not need to shout their quality from the rooftops - it's there in every tiny, hand-made stitch.
