Sophie Allport oven gloves can be relied on to keep your hands safe from scalds and burns and still keep their good looks.

These oven gloves are designed in the UK by Sophie Allport, and the cotton fabric is illustrated with a gorgeous spring pattern. The design features chickens, fuzzy little yellow chicks, rabbits, and bees, frolicking between flowering spring plant motifs.

The thick, sandy-coloured terry towelling layer protects you when you need to handle hot baking sheets and roasting tins. And the loop in the middle is deceptively useful if you want to be able to tidy your oven gloves away on a hook rather than leave them folded on a counter or draped over a rail.
